The Umon filed gnevances dated October 20, 1997, January 7, 1998
January 12, 1998 and January 7,1998 The partIes then attended and partIcIpated
III a medlatiOn!arbItratIOn on Mav 3 1999 resultlllg III a resolutIOn whIch
lllcorporated the followmg terms and condItions as an order of the Board III full
and final satisfactIOn of the above captIOned gnevances
1 The Emplover shall reImburse all employees that held full time status for
the penod of Apnl 1 1997, until December 31 1997 WIth the 25%
vacatIOn credit entitlement prevIOusly WIthheld as a result of the Emplover
changlllg Its fiscal vear commenclllg Januarv 1 1998 All employees so
entitled will be allowed to carry over the 25% credIted time and add It to
theIr 1999 vacatIOn credIt entItlement. Pursuant to the ArtIcle 34 06(11)
any vacatIOn entItlement unused by March 31 2000 shall be paid out III
cash, subject to the employees nght III ArtIcle 34 06(i)
2 The Employer shall credit all full time emplovees WIth 1125 hours of SIck
leave credIts for the 1999 fiscal year At the conclUSIOn of the 1999 fiscal
year anv unused portIOn of these SIck leave credIts WIll be lost.
3 The Umon agrees to WIthdraw the above captIOned gnevances
