ThIS case was ongmally scheduled for heanng on October 26 1996 however It
appeared at that tIme that the Gnevor may not have been properly mformed of the
heanng dates ThIS Umon then attempted to advIse the Gnevor of the new heanng date,
however despIte reasonable efforts to do so, they have been unable to commumcate wIth
the Gnevor as the Gnevor dId not advIse eIther the Employer or the Umon of hIS new
address
Havmg faIled to attend at the heanng on December 14 1999 the gnevance IS
hereby dIsmIssed.
