DeCISIon
On December 23 1999 the partIes at the North Bay PsychIatnc HospItal reached an agreement
In a provInce-wIde gnevance respectIng vanous classIficatIOn Issues As part of that agreement,
the umon undertook to obtaIn the wIthdrawal of all converSIOn claims made under the gnevance
for North Bay PsychIatnc HospItal employees for whIch there had been no apparent vIOlatIOn of
the collectIve agreement as of February 29 2000 SInce the umon has been unable to secure
wIthdrawals In all cases, the partIes have requested I Issue an order dISmISSIng all such claims
As a result, I hereby find that all converSIOn claims under thIS gnevance for employees at the
North Bay PsychIatnc HospItal for whIch there had been no apparent vIOlatIOn of the collectIve
agreement by February 29 2000 are dIsmIssed.
