four gnevances regardIng a September 1998 Job competItIOn for the Inmate Records SupervIsor
posItIOn at the Northern Treatment Centre The Board remaInS seIsed to deal wIth any Issues
ansIng out of the ImplementatIOn of the Award of March 1 2002 Such an Issue has ansen as a
result of an omISSIOn from the March 1 2002 Award. The Award reads In part at page 29 as
follows
The Board IS m no posItIOn to award the Job to an, of the mdlvlduals mvolved m the mstant matter
The competItIOn IS to be rerun and an, of the five mdlvlduals herem ma, compete
In the context of the decIsIOn as a whole, and for those Involved In the heanng, It IS clear that the
re-run competItIOn IS to be lImIted to the five IndIVIduals Involved, beIng the four gnevors and the
Incumbent. SeemIngly there IS some confusIOn possIble from the omISSIOn of a statement to that
effect. AccordIngly the Board orders that the Job competItIOn, to be rerun pursuant to ItS Award of
March 1 2002, be, and the same IS hereby only open to the folloWIng five IndIVIduals
