The Umon has filed a gnevance allegIng that the IntroductIOn of RegIOnal DelIvery ServIces
(Common Counters) IS a vIOlatIOn of the collectIve agreement and the Public Service Act.
At the first day of heanng In thIS matter the Umon asked for partIculars relatIng to several
dIStInct areas of dIspute After consIdenng the submIssIOns of the partIes It was my VIew
that It was entItled to an updated survey contaInIng InfOrmatIOn regardIng the names of the
Incumbents, theIr semonty dates and how they obtaIned theIr posItIOn (that IS through
secondments assIgnments or any other method of placement)
The Employer IS to provIde that InfOrmatIOn as soon as possIble after the survey IS
completed and, In any event, In advance of the next heanng date of February 28 2000
