1 ThIS matter was hsted for heanng on September 19 2000 The gnevance concerns the alleged
unjust termmanon of James Glenny The Ontano Realty Corporanon decIded to pursue a polIcy
of alternanve servIce dehvery of land servIces. The pohcy was achIeved by way of compennve
tendenng for the provIsIon of these servIces through Request for Proposals (. RFp. ) OPSEU
and The Crown entered Into negotIatIOns about the transfer of work and .reasonable efforts.
related to the RFPs. These negotIanons resulted In two separate mmutes of settlement and
release (dated October 9 1998 and Apnl 9 1999)
2 At the heanng, both OPSEU and The Crown asserted that the mmutes of settlement, dealt wIth
Mr Glenny-s gnevance m that upon the sIgmng of the settlements, OPSEU had Withdrawn all
mdivIdual, group and pohcy gnevances relanng to the transfer of work m the above noted RFP
Further asserted the partIes to the collectIve agreement, OPSEU has by the above noted
mmutes of settlement,. .releases and forever dIscharges the Employer ItS employees, office-
holders and agent of all act1ons, causes of acnon and claIms relatmg to the transfers m the above
referenced RFPs and the October 9 1998 agreement..

gnevance as thIs matter has been settled and Withdrawn.
