ORDER
At the commencement of the heanng mto the above noted matters the Umon requested an
order for productIOn of documents. The request IS based on a senes of letters settmg out
the specIfics of the Umon s requests, whIch, on reVIew by the partIes, has been comphed
With m the mam. There were however a few matters that needed clanficatIOn and thIS
order deals With those requests for documents not completely dealt With at the heanng.
The Employer IS dIrected to provIde the Umon With any request for documents dIscussed
at the heanng that have not been proVIded m full by February 23, 2001
The Employer IS specIfically chrected to proVIde any and all documentatIOn, mcludmg
notes of conversatIOns, between management of thIS Mimstry and ItS desIgnates that
mIght eXIst concernmg any commumcatIOn between the Employer and any employees
who apphed for the Voluntary EXIt OptIOn (VEO) under the collectIve agreement.
The Employer IS dIrected to produce for the Umon a hst of all of the apphcatIOns for
YEO s WIthm the CorrectIOnal ServIces pnor to and subsequent to January 1, 1997 who
were matched and who declmed to accept the YEO and the Status of theIr employment.
The Employer IS dIrected to produce to the Umon a copy of the WDHP complamt filed
by Anthony Weeks m June 1995 m respect of raCIsm and repnsals
The Employer IS dIrected to produce a copy of the WDHP complamt filed by CO2
McCabe of the Toronto East DetentIOn Centre dated on or about March 1999 m respect
of Mr ErnIe Hams and/or Anthony Gamck as well as any notes or reports completed by
the Independent InvestIgatIOn Umt With respect to the McCable complamt.
The partIes are agreed that the exchange of documents already agreed to and subject to
thIS order shall be completed by February 23, 2001
It \\as also agreed that the Umon would provIde the Employer as soon as possIble With
the names of the mange employees that gnevors mtend to mclude m theIr complamt. The
Employer agrees to provIde notIce to these mdlvlduals pnor to the next day of heanng.
