BOARD ORDER
HavIng heard the submIssIOns of the partIes at the mediatIOn-
arbItratIOn hearIng held In Toronto on October 26,2000, the Board orders as
follows
WHEREAS the Gnevor/Umon filed gnevance(s) dated June 2, 2000
AND WHEREAS the PartIes are desIrous to resolve the gnevance( s)
on a wIthout precedent and prejUdICe basIs,
NOW THEREFORE the PartIes agree to the followIngtenns and
condItIons as full and final resolutIOn of the grlevance( s)
1 The Employer agrees to pay to the Gnevor the sum of $400 00
(Four hundred dollars) less apphcable statutory deductIOns wltlun
thIrty days of thIS settlement.
2 The Employer agrees to remove any and all documents, letters,
notes and references to the IncIdent gIVIng nse to the above
captIOned grIevances
3 The Dmon and the Gnevor agree to wIthdraw the above captIOned
gnevance( s)
4 The PartIes agree to have tlus Memorandum of Settlement made an
order of the Gnevance Settlement Board.
