2. The parties will conduct a Stage 2 meetmg on the three gnevances, on a mutually
agreeable date, no later than March 30, 2001
3 One week pnor to the Stage 2 meetmg, the Umon Will provIde wrItten partIculars
regardmg "bemg harassed and dIscnmmated m thIS and other CIrcumstances" as
set forth m the June 19,2001 gnevance The Umon Will also lIst what documents
It seeks from the Mimstry by way of dIsclosure
4 The Mimstry, eIther before or at the Stage 2 meetmg, Will determme and convey
to the Umon whIch of the requested documents Will be dIsclosed, as well as
dIsclose those to whIch It has no obJeCTIons.
5 Any unresolved Issues Will be addressed at medIatIOn-arbItratIOn to be held on
Apn124, 2001 at the Gnevance Settlement Board m Toronto
