to mediatIOn/arbItratIOn In accordance With artIcle 22 16 of the collectIve agreement.
At the outset of the heanng, the PartIes agreed that I had JunschctIOn to deal With thIS
matter and they requested that I Issue a Without preJudIce deCISIon With no reasons.
HavIng carefully revIewed the eVIdence and the submIssIons of the PartIes, I find that
there has been no VIOlatIOn of the collectIve agreement.
AccordIngly, the gnevance IS dIsmIssed.
