ORDER
The parties attended a mediation on June 12, 2001 In Sault Ste Marie In respect of the
grievances referenced within At that mediation discussions took place concerning the
circumstances giving rise to the grievances, the preliminary obJections to my JUrisdiction
and the merits of the grievances themselves On the basIs of those discussions, I am
satisfied that the em ployer=s last proposal IS a fair and reasonable resolution of the dispute
and so order the parties to Implement that proposal as soon as IS practicable following the
release of this award
The grievances are therefore resolved and the files can be closed
