Guelph correctional officers, who previously elected to be assigned to GA TU, may accept assignment to GA TU in descending order of seniority until the number of persons who have accepted has reached 5 3 The employees will be given this opportunity on February 27,2001 and given 3 working days to accept or decline the assignment. This order resolves all issues arising out ofthe CNCC RFP and GA TU raised in any individual, glUJp or policy grievances I shall remain seized of any problems with the interpretation or implementation of this Order Dated at Toronto, this 16th day of February, 2001 Richard Brown, Vice-Chair
