ORDER
The partIes met on October 26, 2000 and reached a settlement of all Issues ansmg
out of thIs matters mcludmg a term that the Board mcorporate the settlement mto an
Order Accordmgly, the Board orders as follows
WHEREAS the Gnevor/Umon filed gnevances dated June 5, 1996 claImmg
unreasonable demal of a banked day, and June 6, 1996 claImmg demal of weekly
mdemnIty CopIes of whIch are attached.
AND WHEREAS the PartIes are deSIrous to resolve the gnevance(s) on a Without
precedent and preJudIce baSIS,
NOW THEREFORE the PartIes agree to the follOWing terms and condItIOns as
full and final resolutIOn of the gnevance(s)
1 The Employer agrees to pay to the Gnevor the sum of $157 25 (one hundred
and fifty-seven dollars and twenty-five cents) less applIcable statutory
deductIOns WIthm thIrty days of thIS settlement.
2. The Gnevor and the Umon agree to Withdraw the above captIOned gnevances
3 The PartIes agree to have thIS Memorandum of Settlement made an order of
the Gnevance Settlement Board.
