HEARING June 11 2001
BOARD ORDER.
Having heard the submissions of the parties of the mediation - arbitration
heanng held In Toronto on June 11, 2001, the Board orders as follows
Whereas the Gnevor/Unlon filed gnevance(s) dated June 5, 1996
CLAIMING UNREASONABLE DENIAL OF A BANKED DAY, and June 6,1996
CLAIMING DENIAL OF WEEKLY INDEMNITY Copies of which are attached
And WHEREAS the Parties are desirous to resolve the gnevance(s) on a
without precedent and prejudice basIs,
Now THEREFORE the Parties agree to the follOWing terms and conditions
as full and final resolution of the gnevance( s)
1 The Employer agrees to pay to the Gnevor the sum of $15725
(one hundred and fifty-seven dollars and twenty-five cants) less
applicable statutory deductions within thirty days of this
Settlement.
2 The Gnevor and the Union agree to withdraw the above
captioned gnevances
3 The Parties agree to have this Memorandum of Settlement made
an order of the Gnevance Settlement Board
