The partIes agree to forego any lIabIlIty wIth respect to thIS gnevance
and that the Board orders the Employer to pay the amount of $6500 00
as pre-Judgement Interest.
HavIng regard to the above and to the submIssIOns of the partIes, I hereby dIrect that the
employer pay to the gnevor the sum of $6500 00 as preJudgement Interest.
