DecIsion
The Parties referred this gnevance regarding dlscnmlnatlon In regards to a job
competition at the Sudbury Jail to mediation/arbitration In accordance with
Article 22 16 of the Collective Agreement.
At the outset of the heanng, the Parties agreed that I had the junsdlctlon to deal
with this matter and they requested that I Issue a without prejudice and without
precedent decIsion with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the eVidence and the submissions of the Parties with
respect to this matter, I have concluded that there IS no violation of the
collective agreement. Accordingly, the gnevance IS dismissed
