Decision
The Parties referred this gnevance regarding Article 44 10 at the Toronto Jail to
mediation/arbitration In accordance with Article 22 16 of the Collective
Agreement.
At the outset of the heanng, the Parties agreed that I had the junsdlctlon to deal
with this matter and they requested that I Issue a without prejudice decIsion,
with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the submissions of the Parties I hereby direct the
Employer to provide eVidence of full repayment to the gnevor for all affected
Shifts, In accordance with the junsprudence of the Gnevance Settlement Board
Accordingly the aforementioned gnevance IS resolved
I shall remain seised of this matter should the Parties encounter any difficulties
