In an exchange of correspondence subsequent to my order of Apn119, 2004 herem,
umon counsel has advIsed that the gnevance m GSB file 2002-0127 was settled m March
2002 To correct Its reference to that file and an error m the allocatIOn of files among the
two sets of scheduled hearmgs, paragraph 16 of the order of Apnl 19, 2004 IS amended to
read as follows
[16] The partIes further agreed that the gnevances that remam before me
should be heard m two separate sets of hearmgs, as follows
a) the gnevances m Board files 2002 1023, 2002 2414, 2003
0071, 2003 0072, 2003 0073, 2003 3840, 2003 3841, 2003 3842 and
2003 3843 wIll be heard together m one set of hearmgs scheduled
for October 12 and 22 and November 2 and 3,2004, and,
b) the gnevances m Board files 2002 0572, 2002 1346, 2002
2181, 2003 0069 and 2003 0070 wIll be heard together m another
set of hearmgs scheduled for November 17, 18 and 30 and
December 1, 2004
