DeCISIon
In accordance wIth my decIsIOn dated September 27 2004 (GSB#2002-0163) the local partIes at
Maplehurst Complex attempted to resolve the schedule Issue but were unsuccessful In theIr
negotIatIOns Therefore, I order that the MERC ImplementatIOn CommIttee meet as soon as IS
practIcable to attempt to resolve the outstandIng schedulIng Issue at the Maplehurst Complex. I
wIll contInue to remaIn seIzed In the event that the MERC ImplementatIOn CommIttee faIls to
resolve the matter
