DeCISIon
On May 6 2002 Mr Tim Gawrylash gneved that "as ActIng TAP CoordInator SInce July 23
2001 I have not been paid the proper rate of pay nor have I been changed work schedules to 3-7
In accordance wIth the collectIve agreement for a RehabIlItatIOn Officer and TAP CoordInator"
The partIes referred thIS gnevance to medIatIOn/arbItratIOn In accordance wIth artIcle 22 16 of
the collectIve agreement.
At the outset of the heanng, the partIes agreed that I had the JunsdIctIOn to deal wIth thIS matter
and they asked that I Issue a decISIOn, wIthout wntten reasons HavIng carefully consIdered the
submIssIOns of the partIes, as well as the Junsprudence of the board, I find that there IS no ment
to the gnevance and It IS therefore hereby dIsmIssed.
