Decision
The Parties referred this gnevance regarding pay deductions/union dues at the
Metro West Detention Centre to mediation/arbitration In accordance with Article
22 16 of the Collective Agreement.
At the outset of the heanng, the Parties agreed that I had the junsdlctlon to deal
with this matter and they requested that I Issue a without prejudice decIsion,
with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the eVidence and the submissions of the Parties as
well as the junsprudence of the Gnevance Settlement Board, this gnevance IS
dismissed
