ORDER
At the mediatiOn on July 10 2003 the parties resolved the outstandmg matters resultmg from
Gnevances numbered GSB 2002-0719 and 2002-0720 and asked that the settlement be issued as
an order of the Board. It is therefore ordered as follows
MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT
BETWEEN
ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION
(KOPECHANSKI)
(The "GrievorlUnion)
AND
THE MINISTRY OF TRAINING, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES
(the "Employer)
WHEREAS the Gnevor filed two gnevances dated February 21 2002
AND WHEREAS the parties wish to resolve all the issues ansmg out of these gnevances
THEREFORE the parties agree on the followmg on a without preJudice and without precedent
baSiS
1 The Employer agrees to provide the Gnevor with reasonable time off from work to
attend her ongomg medical treatment, until the completiOn of her current treatment.
2 The Employer agrees to remove the letter ofwarmng dated February 15 2002 on
December 31 2003
3 The Umon and the Gnevor agree to withdraw the above noted gnevances and advise
the GSB of same
4 Without any admissiOn of liability the parties agree that the issues surroundmg the
gnevances have been fully and finally resolved.
5 Vice-Chair Mikus remams seized.
