ThIS gnevance arIses out of the work stoppage m the Ontano pubhc servIce whIch
ended on May 5, 2002 On the evenmg of May 5th, the gnevor receIved a phone
call from Ius superVIsor who told hun where to pIck up Ius MmIstry velucle the
next mornmg Based upon tlus phone call, the gnevor claims call-back pay In the
cIrcumstances, I conclude there IS no entItlement to such pay
