DECISION
The Parties referred this gnevance regardmg the demal ofWSIB benefits to
mediatiOn/arbitratiOn m accordance with Article 22 16 of the Collective Agreement. At
the outset of the heanng, the Parties agreed that I had JunsdictiOn to deal with this matter
and they consented to me issumg a without preJudice decisiOn with no reasons
Havmg carefully reviewed the submissiOns of the Parties, I find that there has been no
viOlatiOn of the collective agreement.
Accordmgly the gnevance is dismissed.
