The Parties referred this gnevance to medlatlon/ arbitration In accordance
with Article 22 16 of the Collective Agreement The gnevances Involve an
Issue regarding the Issuance of two concurrent unclassified correctional
officer contracts
Based on my discussions with the parties and a review of the Issue In
question, the Parties are directed to forward to me wntten submissions
regarding this matter not later than July 18, 2003
