Decision
The Parties referred this gnevance to medlatlon/ arbitration In accordance
with Article 22 16 of the Collective Agreement The gnevance Involves the
Issuance of two concurrent unclassified Correctional Officer contracts
Specifically, the gnevor claims that the employer refused to provide him
with an additional unclassified contract at Rideau Correctional Centre while
he was simultaneously employed at Brockvllle Jail
The Parties agreed that I had Junsdlctlon to deal with this matter and they
requested that I Issue a without prejudice and without precedent decIsion
with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the wntten submissions of the parties with
respect to this matter, I find that there has been no violation of the
collective agreement. Accordingly, the gnevance IS dismissed
