DecIsion
The Parties referred this gnevance regarding retroactive pay at the Metro West
Detention Centre to mediation/arbitration In accordance with Article 22 16 of the
Collective Agreement.
At the outset of the heanng, the Parties agreed that I had the junsdlctlon to deal
with this matter and they requested that I Issue a without prejudice decIsion,
with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the eVidence and the submissions of the Parties as
well as the junsprudence of the Gnevance Settlement Board, I hereby dismiss
the aforementioned gnevance
