Decision
The Parties referred the above-captioned group gnevance to medlatlon/
arbitration In accordance with Article 22 16 of the Collective Agreement.
The gnevor alleges that the employer has violated her nghts In regards to
not granting a lateral transfer request to the Brockvllle Jail
At the outset of the heanng, the Parties agreed that I had the Junsdlctlon to
deal with this matter and they requested that I Issue a without prejudice
decIsion, with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the submissions of the Parties, I have
determined that there IS no violation of the collective agreement.
Accordingly, the gnevance IS hereby dismissed
