heard together

and the essentIal facts It Intends to prove at the arbItratIOn wIth respect to both
gnevances, wIthIn forty-five (45) days from the date of thIS order
3 The employer IS to provIde the umon wIth full partIculars wIth respect to ItS response and
the essentIal facts It Intends to prove at the arbItratIOn, wIthIn forty-five (45) days from
receIpt of the umon partIculars
