DeCISIon
The partIes referred thIS gnevance to medIatIOn/arbItratIOn In accordance wIth ArtIcle 22 16 of
the CollectIve Agreement. The gnevance dated January 02, 2003 Involves an Issue regardIng
pay The gnevors seek compensatIOn and letters to be Issued to the banks of the affected
employees
At the outset of the heanng, the partIes agreed that I exerCIse my JunsdIctIOn to decIde thIS
matter wIthout preJudIce and wIthout precedent, and further requested that I Issue a decIsIOn,
wIthout reasons
HavIng carefully consIdered the eVIdence presented, and the submIssIOns of the partIes, I hereby
dIsmIss the gnevance
