ORDER
On the day scheduled for heanng In these matters, the partIes and the gnevors
executed a Memorandum of Settlement. The salIent terms of that agreement are as
follows
1 The SItu gnevance GSB #2003-0279 IS hereby wIthdrawn.
2 The remaInIng Gnevors (except SItU) acknowledge receIpt In the
amount oftwentv-sIx cents In full resolutIOn of theIr gnevances noted
above
3 The Umon and Gnevors agree that upon executIOn of thIS agreement to
wIthdraw the above noted gnevances
4 The partIes agree that thIS memorandum of settlement constItutes full
and final settlement of any and all claims, complaInts, gnevances or
actIOns whatsoever that the Gnevor has or may have as a result of the
CIrcumstances whIch led to the above-noted gnevance The Gnevors
hereby forever release the Employer ItS representatIves and officIals
from all claims, complaInts, gnevances and actIOns resultIng from the
above noted gnevance
5 The partIes agree to make the settlement an order of the Gnevance
Settlement Board.
6 The partIes agree that ArbItrator B HerlIch and shall be seIzed of thIS
order

HavIng regard to Its terms Just referred to I hereby dIrect the partIes to comply
wIth theIr Memorandum of Settlement.
