DeCISIon
The PartIes referred these gnevances to medIatIOn/arbItratIOn In accordance wIth ArtIcle 22 16 of
the CollectIve Agreement. The gnevances Involve the demal of the opportumty to perform
overtIme work at the Vamer Centre for Women In Brampton at a tIme when the gnevors were
workIng at the Vamer Centre for Women In Milton. At the outset of the heanng, the PartIes
agreed that I exerCIse my JunsdIctIOn to decIde thIS matter
HavIng carefully revIewed the submIssIOns of the PartIes, I am not satIsfied that the Umon has
demonstrated that there has been a vIOlatIOn of the CollectIve Agreement.
AccordIngly the aforementIOned gnevances are dIsmIssed.
