ThIS gnevance came on for medIatIOn-arbItratIOn heanng In North Bay on October 15 2003 The
employer raised a prelImInary obJectIOn gOIng to the JunsdIctIOn of the Board to hear thIS matter
The gnevor claims that she was not properly compensated for the work she performed as a payroll
clerk. The gnevance IS dated Apnll0 2003 There IS another gnevance, dated July 21 2003 In whIch
the gnevor specIfically claims that she IS Improperly classIfied.
After heanng the submIssIOns of the partIes, I am of the VIew that the Apnl 10 2003 gnevance IS also
a claim of Improper classIficatIOn. AccordIngly thIS Board IS wIthout JunsdIctIOn to entertaIn the
matter and It IS hereby referred to the JOInt System SubcommIttee (JSSC) to be heard wIth the
gnevance dated July 21 2003
