DeCISIon
The gnevor Mr J Lebow has filed a gnevance relatIng to the fact that a posItIOn for
DnnkIng Water Inspector for the BellevIlle area office was not posted The Umon and the
Employer had agreed that the posItIOn would not be posted, as It would be filled by lateral
transfer As there IS no dIspute between the partIes to the CollectIve Agreement, the Board has
no jUnSdIctIOn to hear the matter and Mr Lebow's gnevance IS therefore dIsmIssed.
