As of December 31 1998 . As of December 31 1999 . As of December 31 2000 . As of December 31 2001 . As of December 31 2002, . As of December 31 2003 and . As of December 31 2004 the annual amount of the "cost of lIvIng adJustment" made on each of the members' CPP base dollar rate of benefits, that was deducted by ManulIfe from theIr L TIP benefit for each year and part year untIl the member was termInated from L TIP The partIes agreed that I would Issue an order that the Employer IS to make reasonable efforts In undertakIng to produce thIS InfOrmatIOn and provIde It to the Umon pnor to a meetIng to be held on January 11 2005 subJect to further order of the Board. WhIle the Employer was prepared to allow thIS order It expressly reserved the nght to argue that the InformatIOn IS not relevant, not admIssIble and further that It IS not oblIged to produce the InformatIOn. The partIes agreed that I would remaIn seIzed of any matter that mIght anse from thIS order Dated In Toronto thIS 21st day of December 2004
