gnevances already before me and partIculars about the five addItIonal
gnevances that the UnIon seeks to consohdate wIth tlllS matter
3 By February 3, 2006, the employer shall respond to the unIon's request for
consohdatIOn
4 By Apn112, 2006, the employer shall notIfy the UnIon of any prelunmary
ObjectIOns
