In a decIsIOn dated January 9, 2006, I Issued the followmg order
To ensure a fair and expedItIOus heanng m tlllS matter, I dIrect as follows
1 The employer shall allow the UnIon access to the gnevor's personnel file
2 By January 20, 2006 the UnIon shall provIde further partIculars about the two
gnevances already before me and partIculars about the five addItIonal
gnevances that the UnIon seeks to consohdate wIth tlllS matter
3 By February 3, 2006, the employer shall respond to the unIon's request for
consohdatIOn
4 By Apn112, 2006, the employer shall notIfy the UnIon of any prehmmary
ObjectIOns
I now make the followmg modIficatIOns to the foregomg order
1 The gnevor IS entItled to see IllS personnel file before provIdmg
partIculars
2 The deadlme for the UnIon provIdmg partIculars IS extended to March 20,
2006 for medIcal reasons The employer has served notIce It may seek
medIcal documentatIOn m support of any request for a further extensIOn
3 The deadlme for the employer respondmg to the request for consohdatIOn
IS extended to Apnl3, 2006
4 The deadlme for the employer notIfymg the UnIon of any prelunmary
ObjectIOns IS extended to May 5, 2006
