I have four gnevances before me from four former correctIOnal officers at the Windsor
JaIl allegIng that they were termInated wIthout Just cause Counsel addressed a dIsclosure Issue
at the heanng on Tuesday March 01 2005 relatIng to the productIOn of what can be
charactenzed generally as medIcal documentatIOn. After entertaInIng submIssIOns on the Issue, I
determIned at the heanng that the Umon's request for a productIOn order IS appropnate In the
CIrcumstances AccordIngly I dIrect the Employer to provIde to counsel for the Umon any
medIcal documentatIOn under ItS care and control, as descnbed by counsel for the Umon at the
heanng, relatIng to the Caza and the Horan IncIdents
