DeCISIon
ThIS gnevance anses out of the 2002 work stoppage In the Ontano publIc servIce The gnevor
was scheduled to work on Apnl 17 18 and 19 She dId not work, havIng elected not to cross a
pIcket lIne even though she was InvIted to cross by the pIcket captaIn. In the gnevance, she
contends she should be paid 'for shoWIng up for work when requested by management." In
the cIrcumstances, the gnevor IS not entItled to be paid.
