The partIes were unable to resolve thIS case In medIatIOn held on May 17 2006 AccordIngly
the matter wIll be heard as an expedIted arbItratIOn under the Med-Arb Protocol sIgned February
27 2006 The gnevance Involves the faIlure of the gnevor to successfully complete ICIT team
traInIng.
In preparatIOn for the expedIted arbItratIOn heanng the employer IS ordered to dIsclose the
folloWIng matenal to the umon as soon as possIble, but no less than two weeks pnor to the
heanng
1 CopIes of tests and test results for all candIdates on the ICIT course held
from June 6 to 18 2004
2 A copy of master sconng sheets, IncludIng an explanatIOn of the benchmark
score
3 Any documentatIOn related to the traInIng receIved by traIners Involved In
the June 6 to 18 seSSIOn wIth respect to markIng/evaluatIOn.
4 The polIcy or procedure wIth respect to the traInIng reqUIrements of
returmng ICIT members
5 The polIcy or procedure wIth respect to removal/faIlure of candIdate dunng
ICIT traInIng.
