The partIes referred Joanne RobInson's gnevance dated January 20,2005 to mediatIOn/arbItratIOn
In accordance wIth ArtIcle 22 16 of the CollectIve Agreement. The gnevance alleges
I gneve that I was not gIven enough tIme to respond to a call In for an
overtIme shIft on December 21 2004
At the outset of the heanng, the partIes agreed that I had the JunsdIctIOn to deal wIth thIS matter
and they requested that I Issue a wIthout preJudIce decIsIOn, wIth no reasons
HavIng carefully revIewed the submIssIOns of the partIes as well as the Junsprudence of the
Board, I hereby dIsmIss the aforementIOned gnevance
