The partIes referred Joanne RobInson's gnevance dated January 30 2005 to medIatIOn-
arbItratIOn In accordance wIth ArtIcle 22 16 of the CollectIve Agreement. The gnevance alleges
I gneve that Management has not followed the overtIme protocol at
E.M.D C In partIcular but not lImIted to an RP T fillIng hours above
RP T status wIth the R.P T at straight tIme
At the outset of the heanng, the partIes agreed that I had the JunsdIctIOn to deal wIth thIS matter
and they requested that I Issue a wIthout preJudIce decIsIOn, wIth no reasons
HavIng carefully revIewed the submIssIOns of the partIes as well as the Junsprudence of the
Board, I hereby dIsmIss the aforementIOned gnevance
