The partIes referred Lynda SqUIres' gnevance dated June 18,2005 to mediatIOn/arbItratIon In
accordance wIth ArtIcle 22 16 of the CollectIve Agreement. The gnevance alleges
OvertIme was offered on 4 dIfferent occaSIOns and I dId not have my hours
At the outset of the heanng, the partIes agreed that I had the JunsdIctIOn to deal wIth thIS matter
and they requested that I Issue a wIthout preJudIce decIsIOn, wIth no reasons
Havmg carefully revIewed the submIssIOns of the partIes as well as the Junsprudence of the
Board, I hereby dIsmIss the aforementIOned gnevance
