Thls declslon relates to two slmllarly worded group
grlevances, dated June 15th, 2005 and October 5, 2005
respectlvely, flIed on behalf of some one hundred and
seventy three employees at the North Bay Psychlatrlc
Hospltal, clalmlng that the employer had vlolated Artlcle 3
of the Collectlve Agreement by not extendlng to them also,
the weekend shlft premlum whlch had been negotlated for
correctlonal offlcers durlng wage bargalnlng
The Unlon advlsed the Board that It was not pursulng the
grlevance any further
In the Clrcumstances both grlevances are hereby dlsmlssed
