Thls declslon relates to a group grlevance dated March
23, 2000 whereln the grlevors grleve that the employer had
falled to apply to them the Oak Rldge salary note G24
They clalm that they are entltled to the beneflt of that
salary note even though they do not work at Oak Rldge
The unlon has taken the posltlon that It has no dlspute
wlth the employer In relatlon to the subJect matter of the
grlevance
