BETWEEN: ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION

THE CROWN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO
(Ministry of Correctional Services) (The Ministry)
The parties agree to the full and final settlement of the above-noted grievance
without precedent and without prejudice to any future and/or similar matter on the following terms.
1 ~~nagement at Perth Jail agrees to continue to renew ~r Warwick's
unclassified contract of employment at the Perth Jail until
the grievor reaches the age of 65 or if the grievor chooses
to resign from the Public Service or is successful in a classified
competition.
2 Management at Perth Jail agrees to offer the grievor at least the average
hours worked by all unclassified correctional officers at the
Perth Jail calculated on a monthly basis
3 The above agreements are subject to Mr Warwick's continued ability
to meet all expectations and requirements of the job to
management's satisfaction and the continued requirements of
Perth Jail to employ unclassified correctional officers
4 The Union and the grievor wish to withdraw the noted grievance
5 Either party may have this settlement made an order of the Board
This offer of settlement is deemed to have been withdrawn and shall be null and void if not accepted by ~J6 a.m.lp.m,
