Decision
The parties agreed to provide written submissions on the issue of whether the grievor,
Richard Marcotte, is entitled to compensation for the period of July 14, 2004 to the date of
settlement, and that that Board was to issue a decision on that issue without providing reasons.
Having read and considered the written submissions of the parties, the Union's request
for compensation is denied based on the specific facts and circumstances of this case.
