Decision
The grievor, David Sinclair, is to be reinstated to his former position immediately following the
release of this interim award. If there is an issue about his fitness to return to work, he is to be
reinstated on sick leave benefits until he is deemed to be ready to return to full or part time
employment.
Full reasons for the reinstatement will follow.
