Decision
The following orders are issued with respect to grievances heard during the "MedArb" Session
held May 24-26, 2006. These cases were reviewed and discussed by the parties at the medarb
session during the week of December 4, 2006, but have still not been resolved. The production
below is ordered to the extent it has not yet been provided. It is my understanding that the
parties have agreed that these cases will be dealt with as expedited arbitrations at the next
medarb session.
1. 2003-3314 and 2003-3315 - Konrad, Robert N.
The employer is ordered to produce the following documentation to the union:
. Vehicle logs for November 10, 2003
. Temporary Absence Sheet for the inmate escorted by the grievor
. Overtime assignment for November 10, 2003
. Admission record for inmate who was escorted to Brantford Jail
2. 2005-1138 - MacNeil, Laurie
The employer is ordered to produce to the union the weekly sign-in time sheets for the
weeks in dispute
3. 2005-0836 - Popovacki
The employer is ordered to produce to the union all documentation related to the grievor's
work hardening program.
4. 2004-2706 - Stinellis
The employer is ordered to produce to the union the duty roster and the overtime sheets for
the date in question, i.e. April 12, 2004.
