Decision
Having carefully considered the parties' submissions on the employer's motion to dismiss eight
grievances that were not referred to arbitration within the time limits required under Article 22.4
of the Collective Agreement, and for the reasons given orally on January 9, 2007, I hereby grant
the motion and dismiss the following grievances: 2004-3439,2004-3444,2005-1135,2005-1136,
2006-1059,2006-1060,2006-1061,2006-1062.
